Commission on the move

The Pilbara Development Commission’s Karratha office will be located on Level 2 of The Quarter HQ from 14 November 2016. The relocation is part of a broader initiative to co-locate ten State Government agencies, creating a centralised, one-stop-shop for Government services in the heart of Karratha’s city centre.

The Commission’s new office address will be Level 2, The Quarter HQ, 20 Sharpe Avenue, Karratha.

The Commission’s ICT system is moving to the central Government Campus Network, and as a result all Karratha-based staff will also have new direct phone numbers. Current phone numbers will be diverted to the new lines for a period of three months. A contact list for staff is attached for your reference.

Please update your records as appropriate. The Commission’s postal address and all other contact details will remain the same.

The Commission’s office will be open from 8.30am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Visitors will be greeted by a virtual reception system upon arriving at Level 2 of The Quarter HQ. The system will virtually connect visitors with the appropriate agency. A Concierge Assistant will support visitors at the new building for four months, excluding the Christmas period, to help familiarise customers with the new virtual reception system.

Minor disruptions to the Commission’s ICT systems are expected in the short term, including video conferencing. We appreciate your patience during this time.
